Review: Coco Mama, Boracay

My Boracay trip won’t be complete without Coco Mama. In this blog post, I'll be sharing why I consider this my Boracay staple.

Coco Mama showcases vegan-friendly, and lactose-free coconut ice cream. It is served in their fresh coconut shell with fresh coconut strips, mango cubes, pinipig, and sweetened red mung beans.

Did you know that Coco Mama's Coconut Ice Cream...

🥥 Vegan-friendly
🥥 Lactose-free
🥥 Non-dairy
🥥 Gluten-free
🥥 Has Low Glycemic Index

My Verdict:

This ice cream is a delight to my tastebuds! I rarely like desserts because I don't have a sweet tooth but this is one of the very few sweet treats that I really liked.

Coco Mama's ice cream was able to capture the right balance of sweetness and creaminess. It's soft and rich. The other ingredients provided a nice addition to its texture with a little crunch from pinipig.
